GUARANTEE AND RETURN POLICY/CANCELLATIONS
Updated January 01, 2021
Cascadian Nurseries takes pride in the plant material we grow and sell. We assume no liability for plants after they have been accepted by the customer. Cascadian Nurseries is not responsible for any damage to or mortality of the plants originating from factors beyond our control as in the planting site, the manner of installation, or plant maintenance.
If you are dissatisfied with the quality of a plant upon delivery, you can leave it on the delivery truck, in which case we will provide an immediate credit for that item or not invoice that item. All claims must be reported in writing within seven (7) days. No plants will be considered for return after seven (7) days from date of purchase.
Special ordered plant material, which includes: trees, shrubs, perennials, native plants, grasses, and ground covers which are not commonly used or in large quantities cannot be returned if Cascadian Nurseries will be unable to sell the plant material within 30 days. We do not accept returns of annual color, 3.5″ (4″) and quart size plants including ground covers and perennials, or any plant that has been planted.
Unless the plant is damaged by us, unsuitable quality, or sent in error, all items returned will be subject to a restocking fee ranging from 25% to 100% of the purchase price. Cascadian Nurseries is not liable for more than the invoice value at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to not accept returned plants.
Once the plant material has left our nursery, damaged, or dried out plant material cannot be returned. To expedite the process, a copy of the original invoice must be presented at time of return. Plant material once installed will not be considered for refund.
Over-ordered quantities of plant material in accordance with quotes, written plant/purchase orders or purchased too many are subject to a restocking fee.
As an ongoing courtesy to our customers, Cascadian Nurseries will make every effort to work with you to resell your excess plants purchased from us that may have been overestimated during the design/estimating process phase of the project as well as any unanticipated quantity changes of plants at your job sites.
We want to continue to be your business partner.
Plants that are basic stock items, have been pulled, and then are cancelled are subject to up to a 50% restocking fee. Brokered plant material purchased to fulfill a customers order and then cancelled is subject to up to a 100% restocking fee.
